Apple Bread

Servings: Ingredients:
2 cups grated apples
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour, self-rising
4 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
  • Mix all together
  • Bake in two well-greased loan pans at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done
  • Use a toothpick to see if the bread is done; if it comes out clean, the bread is done
