Apple Crisp

Servings: Ingredients:
4 tart cooking apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup oleo
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. all spice
Directions:
  • Spread apples evenly in an 8x8x2 baking dish
  • Melt oleo, add remaining ingredients
  • Mix until crumbly
  • Microwave on high 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender
  • Serve hot over ice cream
  • If you use a conventional oven bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes
