Apple Jelly

Ingredients: |
| 4 to 5 6-oz. jars |
4 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cups sugar |
| Directions: |
- Combine juices and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves
|
- Boil rapidly until jelly mixture sheets off of a spoon
- Skim off foam quickly
- Pour jelly into hot canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace
- Adjust lids and screwbands
- Process in boiling waterbath
