Apple Pie

Servings: Ingredients:
one large pie 1/2 stick of margarine
5 cups medium sliced peeled apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch mixed in a little water
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup apple juice
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat until hot
  • Fill pie crust and top with strips of crust
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 min or until brown
