Apple Raisin Sausage Balls

Servings: Ingredients:
1 lb mild sausage
1 1/2 cups grated apples with peel
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup raisins
Directions:
  • Mix all of the above ingredients together then roll into balls the size of a walnut (or whatever size you prefer)
  • Then bake in the oven at 350 degrees until the desired brownness is achieved
  • These can be frozen
