Apple Streusel Cake

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Apples, peeled and sliced

Crumb Topping

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degees.
  • Bake in spring form pan.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs until creamy.
  • Add baking powder and soda to flour.
  • Stir flour and milk alternatively into creamed mixture.
  • Add flavoring.
  • Stir in fruit.
    Crumb Topping
  • Mix all ingredients until crumbly texture; sprinkle on the cake.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until done.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
