Apple Streusel Cake

Ingredients: |

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Apples, peeled and sliced
Crumb Topping
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour |
| Directions: |
- Preheat oven to 350 degees.
- Bake in spring form pan.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs until creamy.
- Add baking powder and soda to flour.
- Stir flour and milk alternatively into creamed mixture.
- Add flavoring.
- Stir in fruit.
Crumb Topping
- Mix all ingredients until crumbly texture; sprinkle on the cake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until done.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
