Jonathan Apple Crisp

Servings: Ingredients:
6 8 medium Jonathan apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats, quick cooking
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
  • Place peeled apples in lemon juice in 8" baking dish
  • In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly
  • Sprinkle over apples
  • Microwave uncovered 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender
