Servings:	Ingredients:
	5 cups peach juice 5 cups sugar 1 box sure jell juice from 2 lemons or 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Mix peach juice, Sure Jell, and lemon juice Bring to a boil Let it firm for five minutes Add sugar all at once Boil 2 or 3 minutes Put in jar and seal
