Pepper Relish

Servings: Ingredients:
10 to 11 pints 1 peck apples or pears
5 large green bell peppers
5 large red bell peppers
Double hand-full of red and green hot peppers
5 large onions
5 cups cider vinegar
4 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
  • Run all ingredients through a food processor
  • Cook about 30 minutes until it thickens
