Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients: |

Cake:
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3-4 raw apples, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups self-rising flour
Topping:
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla |
| Directions: |
- Mix all cake ingredients together until well-blended
- Bake in a greased 13x9x2 pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour

- Mix topping ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick
- Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot
- Pour topping over hot cake and let cool
