Sour Cream Microwaveable Apple Pie

Ingredients: |
| 6-8 |
1 9" pie shell
5 cups Jonathan apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sour cream
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
| Directions: |
- Bake pie shell (do not use a metal or foil pan) in microwave on high 4-5 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times
- In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and sour cream
- Place in pie shell
- Mix topping ingredients until crumbly

- Sprinkle on top of apple mixture
- Bake in microwave (high) uncovered 9-10 minutes or until apples are tender
- Rotate once
